Work With Me

What is the process of working with me? It's super easy!

1. Fill out my Vacation Request Form (click here).
2. I'll contact you by your preferred method to schedule a vacation planning session.
3. We have our vacation planning session! This is where I call you ask you questions to get to know you and clarify what you're looking for on your trip. This helps me to look for the right things to make your vacation perfect for you. It's also at this point that we will determine if it is a good fit for us to work together. I want to help everyone I can but if you are looking for a destination that I am not familiar with and don't feel that I would be the best for planning, I can refer you to another agent. I would rather be honest with you than plan a mediocre vacation.
4. Next, you sit back and relax and I'll do all the heavy lifting. I start researching destinations, resorts, vacation rentals, cruises, whatever you are looking for that will fit your needs and your family perfectly.
5. I will email you a quote. I will give you 2-3 options and we can go with one of those or narrow it down. Do not feel afraid to tell me if I need to keep looking. That's what I'm here for.
6. After you've chosen an option, we're ready to book! I will email you an invoice and payment information which so we can get started with your deposit or payment.
7. While we're waiting for time for you to leave, I will email you helpful tips and send reminders about when payments are due.
8. When it's time for you to leave, I double check to make sure we have all the info needed. Then, I am your go to contact for any issues. Flight issues, call me. Problems with your room, call me. I help with any possible problems that may arise.
9. After you arrive home, I will check in with you to make sure you enjoyed your vacation.
10. Here is the one thing I ask you to do...please refer me to your friends and family and leave me a positive review!
